INTRODUCTION:

Slide Show is a utility program that makes it easy to find, 
display, and print pictures files.  You can define which 
directories are searched, the file types that are selected,
and which pictures you want to display.  Slide Show's ease
of use and slide presentation makes it fun and easy to find,
view, and print your picture files.


INSTALLATION:

To install Slide Show run PKUNZIP against SLIDES.ZIP.  

The following files must be installed in the same directory:

	SLIDES.EXE    
	SSREAD.TXT     
   	SLIDES.HLP  

The following files must be installed in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM 
directory: (Check if they may already be there so you do not
overlay them!)
 
	CMDIALOG.VBX
	THREED.VBX 	
	VBINI.VBX
	VBRUN300.DLL

Slide Show is written in Visual Basic Ver 3.0.  You will need 
the runtime DLL for Visual Basic: VBRUN300.DLL.  This does not
come with SLIDES.ZIP but can be downloaded from most online 
services.

Then create an icon in Program Manager to run Slide Show.     


SLIDE SHOW REGISTRATION FORM:

SLIDE SHOW is Shareware.  You have 30 days to try it out, if
you continue to use it you must buy it.  When you register
you will receive a password that will register your copy of
SLIDE SHOW, turn off the reminder message, turn on the print
function and paths to .ico and .wmf jumps.  You will also
receive support and one free upgrade.

FUTURE UPDATES:

Registered users will receive one free version update.  Plans for
future releases include:

	1.  Adding a photo album feature where you can drag and
	    drop file names to the slides in the order you want
	    them, allowing multiple pages, and saving the album.
	2.  Add use of clipboard.
	3.  Any bug fixes.
	4.  Addition of GIF format.
	5.  Any other user suggestions.
